FAQs

How is the final payout calculated?: StackTrack sums all buy-ins to form the total cash pot and uses each player’s final chip count as their share of the total chips. A player’s entitlement equals (final chips ÷ total chips) × total cash. Their net is entitlement minus their total buy-ins.
Does StackTrack handle real money or gambling?: No. StackTrack only tracks chip counts and buy-ins. It does not process payments or enable real-money wagering.
Is my game data shared or stored online?: No. All game data remains on your device. The app uses no analytics or tracking.
Can I export or save results?: Not in this version. CSV export and history are planned for a future update.
The totals look off—what should I check?: Confirm each player’s buy-ins (including additional buy-ins) and final chip counts were entered correctly. If it still looks wrong, email us with details and screenshots.
